Elan Med Center is a large apartment community in Houston’s Medical Center with several hotel-style amenities. Lodgeur guests have access to all resident amenities for free, including free and secure parking.
The community’s lobby lounge features a 24/7 marketplace that offers a variety of drinks, water, coffee, snacks, and miscellaneous items such as toilet paper. Some of the food options include eggs, cheese, tortillas, yoghurts, oatmeal, pancake mix, cereal, ramen, pizza, ready-made meals, ice cream,
Come on down to the first floor lounge for a relaxed working environment. This lobby lounger includes free WiFi and coffee machines.
There’s everything you need – a business center with computers and a printer, WiFi internet, and two conference rooms – so grab your laptop and get productive!
The Elan Med Center apartment community featurers an incredible courtyard oasis. There’s an awesome infinity pool for lap swimmers looking for their daily exercise. Take a dip, or just lounge and soak up the sun. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated (the Houston weather is pretty warm most of the year).
The courtway is dotted with five cozy outdoor spots to enjoy food al fresco along lushly landscaped courtyards.

Whether it’s the middle of day or in the wee hours, the fitness center and gym will always have your back since it’s open 24/7/365! The gym includes equipment for cardio and strength conditioning. The gym and fitness center are located on the first floor (our loft-style aparmtents #137 and #139 are just a few steps away.
The fitness center includes studio space for pilates and yoga. There are spinning cycles for cycling enthusiasts to get their wheels turning! There’s also a Well Beats Fitness system, which includes 1,200 on-demand classes covering yoga, HIIT training, running & walking – even nutrition advice.
On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy clubhouse and lounge area with a large projector screen to catch your favorite movie or sports team. Comfy seating encourages long conversations over coffee from the machine. Accross the clubouse, challenge your friends or family at one of two pool tables or try out some friendly competition at shuffleboard in the games room! For fresh air fun there is an outdoor terrace overlooking the sparkling swimming pool.
The community also includes four separate study rooms. Great for study, quiet work, or taking a Zoom call.
Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home temporarily? Look no further than Elan Med Center! Our furnished apartments come equipped with everything you need. Every apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen to cook your meals, a washer and dryver for your laundry, fast WiFi and a desk for your work, and a plush king-size bed complete with a comfy memory foam mattress. For your entertainment, there’s a smart Roku TV in each living room and bedroom, a bluetooth speaker, and a balcony with outdoor seating. There’s also plenty of storage space and a large walk-in closet.
The one-bedroom lofts are located on the first floor. At 663 SF they feel extra spacious thanks to the 14″ tall ceilings. The apartment features polished concrete floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Our standard one-bedroom has the same size (663 SF) layout as the loft-style one-bedroom but has 10″ ceilings and features hardwood floors in the open-plan living area.
The large one-bedroom apartments have 10″ ceilings and hardwood floors. The kitchen includes a large island. The bathroom includes a tub and shower and can be accessed from the bedroom or living room, thanks to its two doors – great if you don’t want to disturb someone in the bedroom.
We do not typically offer in-person tours as our fully-furnished apartments are occupied most of the time. And since we only manage a portion of the building’s apartments, we do not have staff in each of our apartments (although our housekeepers are on-site nearly every day).
Tours of the apartment community can be arranged with the Elan Med Center leasing office. They also have some additional virtual tours on their website. They will be able to give you a tour of the apartment community’s amenities, as well as a model apartment. Please note, however, that these apartments were not designed by us, so the equipment and furnishings will be different. The building’s leasing agents only handle long-term renting of unfurnished apartments – you will need to book flexible furnished stays directly with Lodgeur.
